To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or embroidered products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
