You have two choices: - Where is the embroidery positioned?
The embroidery is placed on the left side of the jacket, over the heart. - How long does it take for an embroidered jacket?
Adding embroidery increases the processing time by 3-4 business days. - Can I return a personalized chef jacket?
No, personalized jackets are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Yes, you can return an item if it meets the following conditions:
- It is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- It is returned within 30 days of receipt.
Note: Personalized items (such as embroidered jackets) cannot be returned.
2. How do I return an item?
- Contact our customer service team at hello@manelli.us to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in cases of error or defective products.
3. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Can I exchange an item?

To maintain the quality and durability of your chef jacket:
Machine Washing:
Wash at a maximum temperature of 40°C (104°F) to prevent shrinking or premature wear.
Use a mild detergent without harsh bleaching agents.
Drying:
Air-dry to protect the fabric.
If using a tumble dryer, select a low-temperature setting.
Ironing:
Iron on a moderate heat setting (around 150°C / 300°F) and on the reverse side to protect the fabric and embroidery, if any.
Stain Removal:
Treat stains immediately with a gentle stain remover before washing.
Following these steps will ensure your jacket maintains its professional look and durability over time.
